Great Hutch for Two Buns!
This is a beautiful rabbit hutch and it love the doors and the loft of the hutch. My buns are 2 months old and were in a 36" long hutch that I bought on Amazon and it was horrible. This one easy to clean and my buns after 24 hrs of having it love it. There is plenty of room for them as they grow. The hutch is sturdy and I appreciate the mat that is included for indoor use. I do recommend using a power drill because it was a little hard at times with a philips head for this grandma. The instructions are actual instructions instead of pictures on the pages.I highly recommend this hutch for your rabbit. Oh, before I forget I read a review stating that the same hutch could be bought online for $99. However, that hutch is not this hutch. That hutch has wood for latches instead of very nice metal latches like this hutch. This hutch is very nicely crafted while the $99 one looks to be made very cheaply. You know the old saying, you get what you pay for.

Good hutch
Me and my 11 year old daughter put this together very easily. It took us about an hour and a half but we did stop and take a few breaks to love on our bunnies. My 2 Holland Lops fit comfortably in the main cabin and have plenty of room to move around down at the bottom. The hutch feels pretty sturdy but we don’t want to take the chance of a coyote trying to get them so we bring our bunnies in at night. Packaging was good none of the pieces were damaged and all holes lined up.

Great but the Directions need to be more specific.
The media could not be loaded. This hutch is pretty large width-wise but slightly thin length wise. Regardless it is perfect for 2 rabbits, 1 chicken (maybe 2), about 3 or 4 guineapigs (or other small animals). If you buy this hutch, I strongly recommend you build it where you plan to keep it because the wood is rather weak and you might break the wood if you drag it around. And as a builder's tip: when the instructions ask you to install the roof panels, attach the side roof panels first. DO NOT put the hutch roof panel first or you will have a difficult time putting in the screws for the side panels.Another builders tip: The building instructions does not explain which direction the side walls of the HUTCH go. The side HUTCH walls have a small piece of wood that hangs off the edge a bit, that side needs to go inward and NOT outward.IMPORTANT NOTE: although the Instructions recommend using a Drill, I do not recommend it. Although it would make the job a lot faster, you need to keep in mind that this wood is very brittle and the drill might crack the wood when putting in the screws. My final thoughts: This hutch is definitely worth the buy in my opinion. Its a few feet larger than my current cage, however keep in mind that this hutch is not too sturdy and can weather out over time.

Good design, cheap material
I read a lot of reviews on different sites that said the material was high quality and this was a great product. I thought I would give it a shot so our three guinea pigs would have lots of running room. Just a heads up, the wood is cheap and easily broken, the chicken wire is as thin and cheap as possible, and the instructions have no words. Most of it is easy enough to assemble by yourself. I did it in 30 minutes, but there are a couple parts it would have been nice to have an explanation for. After assembly, the cage looks good and does hold up fine, but it is not animal proof. My two dogs barely put their noses to the cage too sniff it and the chicken wire on two of the doors pushed in. I am going to put a gate around the pen to prevent further damage. It's not a horrible pen for the price, but I might recommend spending more one made by quality craftsmen.

Amazing! USE A DRILL!!
This hutch was super easy to build, came early, and my buns love it!All of the holes were pre-drilled, the wood didn’t split like a lot of peoples’ in the reviews but we used a drill instead of a screwdriver! We have a pen around it for more space, our buns are free roam during the day but they go in here when they go to bed and it’s perfect! It’s super dark on the inside so we’re going to get some little stuck on lights.

Disappointed
I was excited to receive this hutch due to my rabbit needing more room to roam around. After opening the package and starting to put things together we noticed the wood seemed to be very cheap.. some of the screws put in cracked the wood and some of the screws were messed up. There was a part to one of the sides that stuck out making the roof hard to put on. The wiring to the bottom was messed up which could have just been due to being thrown around in delivery process. Just not worth the price listed in my opinion.

Great hutch keep your bunnies INSIDE.
Absolutely fantastic hutch! Was easy to assemble, took me maybe 20 minutes??? Anyways the bunny loves it and I am glad it came with the flooring. They even included a wooden chew toy and a hay basket! Also, the people complaining this isnt sturdy, DONT KEEP YOUR RABBITS OUTSIDE PERIOD. You are an irresponsible rabbit parent if you think keeping your rabbit outside is acceptable. This hutch is very well built and sturdy and will last fine in a home. But not out in wind and rain, and again you shouldn't even be keeping your bunnies outside anyways. I think its cruel.

Design Flaws
I had purchased their Upgrade Rabbit hutch and found it too small for my active bunny. I figured one being twice the size would be a better fit. It sits flat on the ground with no removal trays at the bottom, so cleaning waste is difficult and disgusting. As a matter of fact, the only removable tray is in the top enclosure and catches his bedding. Said enclosure has two entry doors, so when she burrows in her bedding, it has nowhere to go but out. Two ramps on either side of the top enclosure leave very little room for her litter pan, food bowl, and toys. No hook or clip to pin a ramp up, which would provide much needed room on the bottom. Furthermore, a flap or sliding door to close off one section would have been wonderfully. Ironically, all of these are features on the smaller hutch! The top does it open, and the doors only open on one side, so access is as limited as room. Incredibly disappointed. Definitely do not recommend.
