I love this for tightlining top eyelash. But wears out fast.

I was looking for a portable THIN eyeliner that I could put in my cosmetic pouch that i take everywhere because of how small and compact it isThis eyeliner is something else.. It does not bleed!! It stays put, I just left it alone for 1 minut after applying..... and the gel formulation went on so smoothly! I love the small size and smoothness of this liner. It's a nice dark line that will last the whole day. I gave it only 4 stars because the end does break off at times during application.

I like that it make a thin line and I can manage the line fairly well. I only use it as an under eye liner. I’m not sure how waterproof it is, as my eyes can get smudgy looking after exercise. That might have more to do with my under eye concealer.

what i like about it: Easy to apply. wont't smudge, removes with soap and water, long lasting.What I dislike: easy to break off the tip if you advance it too much. Runs out quicker than pencil and these are hard to find in stores, so I buy them up in quanities whenever I see them, also , alittle pricey.

What is up with this pencil?! Terrible. When I purchase it in store, it works like a charm; skinny, dark, and precise. I was excited to find it on Amazon, but the first time I purchased it, it wouldn’t mark on my skin, like barely at all. I thought maybe it was because it sat outside in the cold. Days later, it still didn’t work, I had to press so hard that it hurt my skin and it just crumbled apart and barely made a mark. I decided it must be a fluke so I ordered another - same thing happened, so this product has got to be an Amazon dud. I won’t ever order it again, only going to purchase it in store. Unfortunately, it’s hard to find in store.

First of all you really need to know what the purpose of this liner is before you get it. I EXCLUSIVELY use it for tight lining when wearing lashes. It’s a very soft and pigmented formula and you CANNOT twist it up and use it like every other mechanical twist up liner or it WILL break off. You need to twist it up to where it’s barely poking out the top. If you’re wanting to use it as regular liner on the top lid, just know it’s very soft and pigmented and you are not going to get the same precision you would get with a less soft pencil or twist up liner. You are losing durability for pigmentation just like with eyeshadow. The harder pressed an eyeshadow is, the less pigmentation/ color pay of you’re going to get. If a shadow isn’t hard pressed you are going to have a lot of fall out but much better pigmentation. You just have to decide what is more important to you for the way you do your makeup. This is not a beginner friendly product, however I would recommend this liner for tight lining or smudging it out with a brush for smoky looks.
