Magnet stopped catching
I purchased two of them. They are both installed but on one of the products, the door doesn’t catch because the magnet doesn’t work.I hope they will send a new one.

Spot on flawless
I built a gate on my second floor of house to contain the two year olds so that they would not be trying the staircase without parents. Latch is flawless.

They rust badly
I have 3 two at my pool and one on a safety gate. The two on the pool are 7 yrs old and have rusted badly one lost the internal part that is used to pull the magnet latch up fell out and is lost. The third unit is too new to evaluate.
