Good product

The heat is not enough to even make break a sweat.
The product all in all came fine, but the heat dissipation is too poor. Only steam and the temperature doesn't rise enough to make you sweat even a little. I cranked it all the way up, but still couldn't get it to work.

Average to good product; bad company
Product is fine but the packaging was very bad. Also the water pipe to connect steamer to the sauna unit doesn't fit. It's easier to remove the pipe and keep the kettle inside the sauna unit.Also if you fill a lot of water then there can be some hot water sprayed on your legs. So don't fill too much.After some trial and error you can enjoy a good sauna (for a sauna at home). It's not too hot. And keep your fingers holding the neck unit for stopping the steam to escape.I would have given 4 stars because even with some adjustments I had a good sauna but the company is bribing the customers with cashback for 5 stars.

Very bad quality product, returned it
Leaking, no steam producing, broken steamer. Very bad quality. Box packed in white katta. Inside box was broken. Steamer broken and leaking water when gets hot. Steam not getting produced.

Worst product
Water is leaking from machine in my first use. Unfortunately I used as first time after the replacement period of Amazon was over. So company should replace me with a new item
