Sturdy paper and has sections to keep health notes, deworming schedule records, and labels for vaccination records. I really liked these far as the information you can put on them. I got these around the time the puppies were eight weeks old and wish I had them sooner so I could’ve been marking down whelping tine, worming dates, etc. as they occurred. Since I give my phone distemper highway shot two puppies it was nice to be able to send them home with a record of everything together to show to their veterinarian.
