more Sourness and quantity would be perfect.
Quantity seems to be less comparing with the price, and a little sourness added in the the bamboo shoot would be perfect as there is no taste without sourness, the rest is ok.

Its ok but not great.Didn't smell great and the flavour was not that much punchy.But you may try it once cause in my opinion quality and taste itself differs according to the season.Will definitely try once again.

Good with water only. Lifesaver
If you separate the water from the bamboo shoot then it will be a tasteless. With the water its aromatic, not soo strong but does the work. Additionally its not like our own assamese traditional bamboo shoot but with the availability in other region of india; it really pretty much does the work. Tried it with pork bamboo shoot and turned out great. Lifesaver.
