Does a great job
This ladder stand-off is great. it's easy to fit, well made and does a great job of moving the top of your ladders a good distance from the wall. The rubber bumpers on the "feet" protect the plaster if used indoors and grip the wall well when used outdoors...what more can you ask for at such a reasonable price?

Good piece of kit!
It works a treat, ensure it is securely fitted and it is a safe practical way to work on guttering without having to rest ladders unsafely against plastic guttering , the extension device allow you to be allivated away from the area and safe and sturdy.

Ladder safer to use when stable at the top.
I have no hesitation in recommending this product. I purchased this to help me feel secure using the ladder at height, and it achieves this easily once attached to the top of a ladder.There are some notes of caution, because I deem this to be a safety critical item, so extra caution and care is advisable.Unfortunately, the flat packed delivery comes without assembly instructions, so you have to look carefully at the photos of the product to deduce the assembly sequence and correct orientation of the components. This is a little frustrating but careful observation of the photos will allow you to assemble correctly.Having achieved the assembly of the safety arm, attaching it to the top of a ladder is also straightforward, but again no instructions, so look at my photo for a view of how to best achieve the attachment.Once in use, it is really effective, and the ladder feels more stable, and less prone to sideways slippage at height. Treat yourself and feel more secure when working at height around your home.

Not universal, but still a good product
Good for light work I.e gutter clearing, painting etc. I've not used it for anything heavier so I can't comment on that.This isn't a universal fit, so if you don't have the means to drill some new holes to suit your needs then this is not for you.It's light weight and easy to assemble with some adjustments.
