Works perfectly
Super well packed pristine screen for my HP 14 dk0002dx. Included installation tools which was a very nice touch and appreciated. Used You Tube installation video. Success. Nice to have this laptop back in business. If I ever need another screen I will buy it from this company

Easy Replacement
The first screen didn't work for some reason. It was so easy and so quick to get a replacement. The replacement was delivered earlier than scheduled. The screen looks like and feels like the original one. If you use the tools and watch a video on youtube, it will be easy to install.

Screen was a winner until it stopped working after 6 months.
Trouble with the hinge cover otherwise replacement was easy. Wonder where I can get a new hinge cover.However, 6 months later screen died. Too expensive to replace every 6 months.
