Mission Accomplished
Bags work great, easy to remove. I like them better than the wrap version.

Awesome
I dry aged a ribeye roast for 27 days(should've went longer) I made 3 steaks, and bone broth and saved the pellicle for burgers. Very happy with the dry age bag and will continue to make more.

These do not work well.
I'd avoid these. Not sure if they work at all but went through all 4 bags trying to get a good seal. They don't work with a regular food saver. Too thin. Keep leaking and the paper piece to help get vac doesn't work either so wasted money and may have rotted a good ribeye set.

The proper technique to use this product
My 1st time using this brand’s product. I’ve been dry aging meats for the past 12 months using a different brand’s product. My 1st personal experience with the bag and the vac seal process allows for 3 stars for the ease of use because I followed the instructions on the brochure that came with the package , but I couldn’t vac seal the bag horizontally along the open end by using 1 yellow vac strip provided by the vendor. I had to cut the bag 3 inches down from the open end, seal the 2 corners at 45 angle to minimize the open end to about 3 inches. This technique allowed a proper vac seal within seconds. I will follow up this post with pictures of the final dry aged ribeye around 10/30/2020.

looking back at others reviews it's littered with operator error
do your research bag fold back the open end 5 times so it has a cuffed sleeve should have 4+ inches use you sticker to keep it Pinback get right size bag . have your bags in your in hand before buying meat KNOW THE SIZE OF YOUR BAG do not try to overfill bag need 4 inches to vac so will seal

Not as easy as it looks
Really difficult to get a seal. The yellow seal assist piece is not easy to place in the bag and try to keep it there to seal it. Pretty much wasted one of the three bags trying. Overall, I’ll wait to see at day 50 how well the steak aged. That will be the true test.

A little wide
These membranes are wider than my vacuum sealer, I had to get creative and pre-seal the mouth at an angle on either side, so that the open area of it fit within the sealing area of my unit. Bag membrane is about 1/2" too wide.
