the package not included the helium , blow them up with air , and use tape to mount the balloons on the wall. the package included 5m ribbon, Use the ribbon to hang "happy birthday" letters on wall window ceiling or in courtyard

There is a pre-sealant at the opening where you blow in the air/helium. Once the air is filled you just pull off the sticker and press down hard on the opening. You don't need any other items to inflate the balloons.

No, the ballons don't have the helium when is been ship, you should blow the ballons by yourself.

Yes, because they were falling off before I moved them. They only stayed on my wall around 10 minutes then all fall off.
