Worthless
Don't buy it, trust me. I made the huge mistake of wasting 40£ for these worthless insoles. It's very overpriced and has none effect and there's no refund. Instead get some costom made insoles that are made specifically for your feet.

Also confirmed with a Spenco rep that it was the 7/8 I needed for size 8.5 women shoes I wear.
