Everything I wanted...except for the rust
Before I get to the bad, this bumper is everything that I wanted at a reasonable price. The LED lights that are included are super bright and work very well at lighting up the dark. I am happy that they include factory fog light mounts as the included led fogs are way too much for on road use. I wanted full width for the tire protection and the winch mount is tight to the grill but not so much that you can't install it.Now for the bad. I have owned this bumper for 8 months and as you can see from the pictures it is already rusting in multiple spots. I would understand if it was along the bottom if I had scraped it on a trail but most of it is on the top side. BTW I have not scraped the bumper on the underside and it is rusting as well. The welds are rusting, the flats above the fog lights, and the bottom along the skid plate mount. I have a message in to RC to see if this will be covered under warranty. So I will see how they reply and update this review accordingly. Maybe I just got a bad batch of finish. One thing I know about rust is that once it starts, you can't stop. I could dress it up and hide it but it will still be there.

Heavy duty but worst quality I've ever seen
Bought this directly from Rough Country for a 2022 Silverado.1. The bumper support bracket that slides into the passenger tow hook space was at least 1/8" too wide to fit. I had to grind down the steel on both sides with a metal grinder to make it fit. Because it was too wide, the bolt sleeve was too short and I had to drive in a washer to make it snug (Pics).2. The driver side bumper support bracket was too narrow to fit the bolt sleeve even with heavy pounding. I had to grind that sleeve down as well (Pic).3. The bumper support bracket on the passenger side did not align for the supplied support bolt (Pic). That required dremeling the truck frame to expand the hole.4. After ALL OF THAT, the bumper did not fit on the bumper support brackets as the space in the bumper that's supposed to slide onto the brackets was off by 3/8". Not sure how to fix this other than a torch cutter to modify the bumper opening.I have never seen anything this expensive made with such poor quality.Update: Got the bumper on the brackets with my handy sledgehammer and a few hard swings on each bracket. Unbelievable.Update #2: Time to wire the lights. The winch was easy. The lights require two separate harnesses (one for the bottom 2 lights and one for the bar light) which each have their own relays and control buttons. I.e., not integrated. So, you need to run both harnesses to the battery and then (somehow) get the two control buttons into the cab. Continued disappointment on what I thought would be a relatively simple operation.

Rusty imported junk
Just like another reviewer, mine is covered in rust at just 8 months since I bought it. And we all know once it starts there's no end so this bumper will be replaced with something better quality. I have Smittybilt bumpers on another vehicle that have been through 5 winters now without a sign of rust. This is what I'd expect with one of those $199 generic bumpers. I'd been recommending Rough Country to friends but that will never happen again.
