Cookies were stale

I first found these cookies at Costco but when I went back they didn't have them anymore. Fortunately I was able to find them here. They are delicious and I really like the fact that they are portioned out and packaged so the whole box doesn't get stale. They are a great crispy treat.

These cookies are some of the best I have had that didn't come straight out of the oven. As my wife stated, they have a buttery flavor and a crunchy bite when each individually package of 7 cookies are opened. That in itself is great, as more would go stale if they were all opened at once.Six individual packages of 7 cookies each, for a total of 42 great tasting cookies.

I my grandson won’t eat these chocolate chip cookies he thinks they are stale. I see they’re over done and darker than usual. I’m very familiar with this brand of cookie that’s why I bought a big box of them. This batch of cookies are to done and not as good as they usually are!
