this is just beef jerky, not close to traditional pemican

Not as good as I remember
Was just barely average jerky. I was eating it a few years ago and it was much better, I’d say above average then but not barely average. Not tender like it once was.

BEWARE! This is NOT Pemmican!
Pemmican is made of dried ground fruit and meat with tallow. This is just beef jerky. Labeling it pemmican regardless of naming or intent, is false advertising. It would be like putting a brand name “Apple Pie” on a box, with nothing but dried apples inside.
