Relieves soreness
I am not well versed in fitness or supplements. But I was told this would help me on my fitness journey because I struggle with being so sore after pushing hard in strength training. This product is a dream. I had PAIN in my arms from my push day today, and knew I was going to be sore. Within a couple hours of drinking this I experienced pain relief. Now I so much less sore, feel more hydrated, and can move on with my day. I just pour into a water bottle and shake, it shakes really easily and dissolves with no clumps with room temp and cold water. I found this product to be pricey originally but I was told it was the best and it was worth it and I absolutely agree! I am absolutely a forever customer. I use the blue raspberry and it’s not too sweet, I surprisingly like the taste.

Good, but not the best of the three EAAs I tried
I tried three different brands of EAAs that all have good ratings, at least 6g of BCAAs, and hydration:Mutant GEAAR (blue raspberry)Modern Sports Nutrition EAA+ (blue raspberry)Nutrex Research EAA+ (blueberry lemonade)They are all OK, but I would say Modern Sports Nutrition is best and Mutant takes second place.Mixing: As you can see from the photos, Modern Sports Nutrition mixed most easily and left the least residue at the bottom of the glass. Nutrex was hardest to mix and left the most residue at the bottom of the glass. See photos.Taste: Modern Sports Nutrition tasted best to me -- slightly tart, not overly sweet, and no aftertaste or weirdness to the flavor. Mutant was OK. Nutrex was the sweetest of the three, but it also had a hint of bitterness. All three use Sucralose.Other: Nutrex is the only one where the instructions say you should shake the container before each use, which results in having to hunt for the buried scoop each time. Mutant has a scoop with a flip-over funnel to make it easier to get the powder into your water bottle, but it makes it more awkward to actually scoop the powder. Mutant has 4g of Leucine compared to 3g for the others. Mutant is made in Canada, Modern Sports Nutrition is made in the USA, and the Nutrex canister doesn't say where it is made.

Good, strong flavor and gut friendly
Good and strong orange flavor, and gut friendly. As other Mutant products, this is a very good supplement, I use it intra training.

Mixes easily
The powder mixes easily without a lot of residue that you have to keep adding water to get it all. It’s not too sweet, which seems to be a trend in supplements. Now just waiting for results.
