Connect to your iPad via aZealsound USB microphone
Clear headphones great for connecting to a Zealsound USB microphone. Studio quality headphones for a great price. They are also quite comfortable.

Epic doesn't have to be expensive.
Yeah, I'm exaggerating, but only a little. These headphones sound great. For $10, you need to be braindead to go and buy a $50+ headphone. Yeah, the cushions on the ear could be a little bit better, but if you need cheap sound quality, these are your buy.For $10, they offer some really good sound quality. However, there is barely any noise-isolation for low-volume sounds. So if you need a noise-isolating pair, this might not be what your looking for. And these leak noise at a moderate point. If you want to melt your brains with the sound, expect someone to say something, however lower-moderate sounds the sound won't leak as much. Finally, the two last things you should know are the fact that this comes with one moderately long cable. I estimate it to be 4-5feet by looking at it. So if you need to go down to the grocery store listening to your music at home, you're gonna want a cable extender. And the other part is that these things can get pretty loud. Depending on the volume of the actual track you listening to, and the volume on the device you have these plugged into, you won't have any trouble hearing.Overall, great set, for a low price. One more note, if you're getting these for yourself, or a little one, be advised that these will fit medium to larger heads. When I first tried them on, I was thinking that the headphones would be too big since I have an average size head. They look big, and they are. They currently are a pretty good fit, but these are more for people with heads between medium and large.

A full review!
Well, I have to admit I am pretty harsh on my headphones. When I have a good pair of headphones, I will use them daily, favoring them over my laptop speakers and even my stereo. This means they get a lot of wear and tear, and if I'm being honest I rarely wrap the cord for storage in my computer bag. That is why I usually buy cheap headphones. I saw the Behringers for just over ten bucks, and with Amazon Prime shipping I really couldn't resist.NOTE:Now before going on to my review I wanted to point out that my order did in fact come with a 1/8" to 1/4" adapter. The stock jack attached to the wire is an 1/8" regular headphone jack, the adapter turns it in to an 1/8" jack. This is NOT how the originals shipped out, but it is safe to say that you can now disregard the earlier reviews.BUILD QUALITYI have to admit the HPM1000's are relatively comfortable. These headphones sit nicely on my ears, and being adjustable it is not too hard to find the sweet spot for your head. The plastic has held up rather well so far, and the cushioning is pretty well attached. The adapter included seems rather nice, and screws on to the stock jack rather than snapping, which in my opinion is rather clever. The headphone wire is much thicker than anticipated, but this is definitely a beneficial feature - thin wire = breakage every time.AUDIO QUALITYSound overall is surprisingly good. I have owned two pairs of sub-$15 headphones in the past year and a half. One was a USB gaming headset that I got during black friday sales (should have been $23.99) and the other a cheap pair of headphones from TJ Maxx. Out of the three, the Behringers are by far the nicest sounding headphones. Highs are clear and bright, midtones are decent and the lows are strong. I will say that overall these headphones favor the lower tones, almost too much. A quick adjustment of your computer/phone/mp3 player's software equalizer will fix this. I use Owl City's Fireflies as my go-to audio test - it has a broad range of tones - these headphones performed reasonably well. They are clearly not $200 BOSE headphones, nor are they AKG's, however for around ten bucks they are very decent.COMPLAINTSI don't really have any major complaints, at least, not any that are justified. I wish they would have used a less cheap-looking plastic overall, but then again you get what you pay for. I also wish that the cushioning breathed better - you will start to feel warm and clammy in the summer months with these things on! Again, I am sure when it comes to manufacturing these they weren't considering what would be better in terms of materials used.OVERALLIf you are looking for a cheap pair of headphones, these are a fantastic choice for the price. I mean, let's be honest here, ten bucks won't even by you a decent lunch where I live! These headphones are relatively comfortable and they have a surprisingly nice sound for the price. Clearly it goes without saying that if you are looking for quality, your search doesn't end here. If however, like me, you don't feel like spending upwards of fifty dollars (or maybe you can't), then I can't find too many reasons for you to not go with these Behringer HPM1000s! Recommended for the price!

good value good sound
For the price I would say it is of good value. The sound is good enough for me. Even I don't how long it will last, it appears built well. I would give a 5 star rating for now.

OK-ISH HEADPHONES FOR THE PRICE
Behringer is a reputed electronics brand. I have some of their products and they have never disappointed me, so when in need for a cheap pair of HPs, I could not pass these up. Reviews raved about how long they lasted and how rugged they were, but of course every customer had a different opinion on the sound signature.Out of the box, they seem very well built and pretty. They are comfy around my small ears, but I guess people with bigger ears will have a portion of the pads leaning against them, so I lucked out there. The headband is straight, not curve, so it will lean on the top portion of your head, although they're so light that didn't bother me in the least. OAH, I have a small head and these need a bigger head to lay completely flat against the sides of your head, so some leakage is taking place, just not enough to disturb anyone at low volumes.I bought these for movies and TV, so never intended them for serious music listening (U$ 10 anyone; LOL !) They're OK for these task, although the sound is somewhat dark to my ears, as if the mids and lower treble, esp vocals and guitars, were recessed. Bass is quite nice, deep and thumpy, and cymbals can be clearly heard though. These HPs are not nearly as ¨loud¨as some said, just average, so volume adjusting is not a problem at all. I'd define the sound of the phones as relaxed, not harsh or bright at all, which can be either an advantage or a drawback depending on your tastes and intended use. For what I want them, they're perfect, but if I'd paid top dollar and were to listen to music with them, I'd smash them against a wall in rage.Bottom line : if they last as long as many here claim, they will have been a steal, but with a sound just not on par with more expensive HPs as other reviewers state. These sound exactly like a 10 bucks pair of headphones, with a better build to them. Enough said.
