Very good quality and a good price. It's the kind of quality that can be used everyday for years.

Great build quality. Worth the $.
Don't cheapen out on a chain breaker. The little ones in the kits will leave you in a bind.

Good tool
Good tool if you use correctly, put chain in tighten from bottom first to press again chain holder then drive pin in/out, way better then any shadow tool.

It works with 12 speed sram flat top chains and others
It is heavy and well made.I wasnt sure if it was going to work for sram 12 speed flat top chain. And it worked really well.Any other chain would already work fine with any chain breaker.Bike shop wanted $30 to put on a new chain. Watch how to size the new chain on you tube and cut it your self.

Works great! Excellent value. No need to spend more.
I've never used one of these before and was a bit apprehensive about changing a chain myself. I bought a new Shimano105, 11 speed chain like my old one and a Shimano pliers to remove the quick link on the worn chain. That worked perfectly too, btw. There aren't any written instructions for this breaker so I decided to practice on an extra link, since the chain comes too long. You stick the link on the support part, tighten the back knob against the chain and twist the handle until it pops. Keep going and it pushes the pin completely out. Super simple! Everything lined up perfectly. I had to do it again for length. The grip and handle are comfortable and it feels well made and heavy. Made in Taiwan, too. I don't plan on using it too often so it should last a lifetime. If you're nervous about doing it yourself, don't be. If I did it, it's basically idiot proof. Ha!

This is the best buy! Worth every penny.
Works great. Well made. Heavy duty - in fact I would suggest that this is NOT the chain breaker to take on your ride. This is a leave-it-at-home shop chain tool.Handle is substantial. Easy to use. I successfully (and easily) took apart a SRAM 12 speed mtn bike chain and a KMC 11 speed mtn bike chain. Worked well with both. I suspect it would work just fine with a Shimano chain and (as advertised) Campy. Will be using it on a Shimano chain in a couple of days and I will update this review at that time.
