Improved speed
Replaced my old Cat 7 cable with this Cat 8 cable and speed has been stable so far. My old Cat 7 cable was slowing the speeds down to 90/90 mbps with my Verizon Fios 1 gb plan. Troubleshoot with Verizon tech and the problem was with my connection from the ONT to the router. I have the Asus ROG GT AX 11000 router and on troubleshooting with the router, it says the cable could be the source so changed the cable to this Cat 8 cable and my speed is now around 750/750 mbps via WiFi with 34 connected devices. Totally happy with this cable.

I wished I had ordered a longer cord the 6ft I bought was a little too short for my liking but it's fine was my mistake. I really like how thick the cords are and the quality felt good, it was simple and easy upgrading from the cat 5 I had to this. I could tell the difference right away when it connected and everything booted up so I'm content with my order, it's been a week using it so far so I'm looking forward to it lasting me a long while.

I want to tell everyone this is not a cat8 cable. this is a really cheap and really terrible cat 5-6 cable this is not true fast ethernet speeds. DO NOT BUY THIS ASK AI OR GOOGLE TO FIND A REAL GOOD CAT 8 CABLE THAT IS REAL AND NOT A FAKE!

Excellent Upgrade
I didn’t have super high expectations tbh. Wasn’t sure CAT 8 was even real. I have most CAT 5e cables currently. I’ll occasionally get ~300mbps download speeds when downloading COD, Halo, etc. but usually 100mbps is the norm. Figured it was my crap internet carrier. Removed COD from Xbox and reinstalled just for fun, paused after 10 min of ~100mbps and changed the 5e to 8, and ~350mbps download speed ever since. Pretty crazy. I’ll be upgrading all my cables now!

Easy plug and go.
Bought for my cloud. So it's plugged daily. Haven't had a problem with it. Works perfectly fine. Satisfied with my product. Might buy a second for my new pc I'm putting together.
