Needs cutting but cut easily with a jigsaw very reasonably priced

Fits SMEG retro-style fridge-freezer without trimming down.
I needed an extra shelf for an old, but functional SMEG retro-style fridge-freezer (model FAB30VS7) and this fit without having to cut it to size. It's obviously not as robust as glass, there's no plastic trim, and it does bend a little in the middle, however at less than 1/3 of the price of a genuine SMEG part, I can live with that.

Sturdy Freezer Shelf
The shelf itself is of good durable plastic but the saw to cut it to size with is a nightmare.Saw blade is very flimsy once you start cutting and looses the ability to cut straight once you get a good way through the plastic so takes ages.Better off cutting it with a chocolate sword, none the less after frustration the shelf does the job well.

Nice shelf, rubbish saw
The shelf seems great quality. The saw supplied was absolutely awful. It was like trying to cut it with a bendy butter knife. If there’s an option to not take the saw, do that. Ended up using a jigsaw lol!

Too flimsy
Don't even think about trying the saw that comes with it, but at least a jigsaw cuts it well.The material itself is way too flimsy contrary to the description. Two bottles of ketchup and a couple of deserts and it's already bowing. As such would not recommend.So my next job is to find some metal edging strips to try and strengthen it.

HANDY REPLACEMENT SHELF FOR FRIDGE
This shelf comes with a small saw and was easy to cut to size. Ours now fits exactly the same as the previous glass one we had broken. It is quite rigid and not 'bendy' and it does the job. We don't place lots of heavy jars on it, but it is ideal to provide extra shelf space for eggs, cheese etc. Recommended if you can't get a spare for an older fridge.

Not worth the money.
Measured my existing shelf, marked it out on product from one corner. Ended up with a diamond shaped shelf that now can't be salvaged. What I found was that none of the corners are square. It is just an offcut with no 90 degree corners. Maybe my fault for not checking. Saw is useless too. So flimsy it won't cut in a straight line. This isn't worth the money. Get a proper glass replacement is my advice.
