Revlon Colorstay Lacquer Balm - Ingenue (145)

I read about this color in an article on "drugstore finds" that professional makeup artists recommended. I don't wear a lot of makeup (I'm a Chapstick gal) but I liked the natural look of this color. Since I got it, I've gone from pale (winter on the east coast) to tan (vacation in CA) and at every stage, this color complemented my skin tone! Goes on smooth and stays for what I'd guess is a reasonable time (again, not a lipstick expert). I'd definitely recommend it for those wanting to add a little color that looks natural with a variety of skin tones.

A bit darker than I'd like, but I lighten it by adding a bit of a more neutral lip balm. The effect is quite nice.

The Revlon Colorstay Lacquer Balms can't be beat. I have them in 4 colors and really want them all. I am a beauty blogger so I review a lot of lip products online, but the only ones I actually wear on the daily are these. The Ingenue color is the one a lot of Victoria Secret models wear and I always like how their lips look sorta natural, just enhanced. And that's exactly what it does for me. Plus, it somehow hydrates my lips instead of drying them. You really can't go wrong with these and so far, I haven't found a bad color yet.

This is a lovely shade and gives you just a hint of color. It goes on smoothly and feels very comfortable, not sticky nor too 'lip glossy'. This is going to be one that I order again.

I love the consistency and the application, but it's not long wearing. This color is a bit too brown for me, as well, but that's just a matter of taste.

Nice creamy product, glides on easily. The color is rich but is more of a warm tone than a cool tone which I had expected. Overall I recommend it.

Pretty nude color. Has a shine to it, which was unexpected.

A smooth, not too glossy, true to description item. It doesn't last very long, but it does what it claims. Good color. I'm satisfied.
