I put this in my coffee or tea every morning. It works best in awarm or hot beverage for me. No taste or feel. If it didn't make my tea cloudy, I wouldn't know it was there.I have no problems taking it. No change in digestion. It works great. My hair stylist can't believe how fast my hair grows and how strong it is. My nails are much healthier. And my skin loves it. I started taking it for my joints. I found it does so much more than help them feel better.

Have been using this collagen for about 5'ish months now. I put one scoop in my coffee each morning. It is flavorless and dissolves with the heat of the coffee nicely with no lumps (no matter how you take it, dissolving it in warm water first helps a lot)Now that part is out of the way, let me talk about what I have noticed.In combination with my skincare routine, I feel like I look better than I have in awhile (I am 56).My nail and hair definitely seem like they are growing faster. Not going to say they are stronger or miraculously fast or anything like that, but it does seem like I am cutting both a lot sooner than I used to.The last thing is blood work. Again, not saying that this product, or product alone made the difference, but I do feel like it helped. My good cholesterol was off the charts high for the first time since I got on a statin 30+ years ago. It has always been controlled and within range. This time is was quite out of range in a good way. My doc said that was a fabulous thing and to keep doing what I am doing. I'm taking it to heart and continuing to do what I do, which includes this product.I did run out once and was lazy and didn't reorder right away. My body could tell. Now I have it on a monthly subscription so I don't run out again.It took months to see these results. Your milage may vary, but I am very pleased with this product.

It dissolves totally in water. No taste at all.

My only issue with it is the smell. It's essentially tasteless and mixes very well with hot liquids, I didn't try it with cold but it has a bitter sort of odor and each sip I'd take, although I only tasted my coffee or tea, I had to hold my breath and we'll, who doesn't like the smell of fresh coffee in the mornings?

My hair grew so fast and thick using this collagen. I am so sorry I switched to micro ingredients brand for a year because it was constantly on my social media page. My hair is so thin and I have receding hair line now. Even my friend noticed and ask me what’s going on with my hair. I am going back to this brand. I learned my lesson.
