Sometimes, the best measure of a company's commitment, is how they react when things go wrong. I had a problem and they responded immediately. When I got it all straightened out, the product worked as advertised and I am happy with the outcome.

Matches perfectly

I put vehicle in garage with perfect temperature and humidity to repair two damages with rust in them. I have very successfully used aerosol paint in the past forty years. I did very good with the primer but found the two part paint extremely delicate to fether and poor cover of the grey primer. The top clear coat was easy to apply.

Don’t buy

I used the paint and the clearcoat spray. The paint was a pretty good match. The clearcoat was dull and not glossy at all. I sent the notes for help and never got any response. Their customer service needs help. I am NOT satisfied with them.

I got the brush applied paint and it was a perfect color match for my 2016 BMW 4Series. The trick is to apply very thin coats with a tiny soft brush (like an artist's water color brush) and do at least three coats. Then, take a soft business card (or something similar) and GENTLY smooth the area after each coat with the edge of the card. This made the finish very smooth and removed 99% of streaks. You would have to look hard to find the repair. BUT - and this is a big but - the CLEAR COAT makes the finish very dull and so the repair area stands out like a wound. I removed the clear coat and it looks good, but it means you can never fully wax your car without caused a big blemish where you did the repair. Shocking they have not found a way to remedy this! I would not buy this product again.

Terrible shipping. Terrible customer service. Terrible paint. Took 2 weeks to receive my paint and it was the wrong color! When I asked for a refund I was told to return the paint on my dime and I could get my $ back!

The paint was fine but the clear coat that is supposed to be applied after was very sticky, seemed old, like the white glue we used to use in grade school, and really noticeable. I took some rubbing compound and rubbed it off because the scratch and repair job was very obvious. You can still see that it’s been repaired but I guess it’s better than it was? I wouldn’t buy this product again.

Paint finish was flat, even with the clear coat. Prefer the paint pen with the paint match. Paid over $50 for this! Won’t buy it again.

If i wanted kids water paint this would be good. After shaking the paint for afew minutes. The paint was very runny like it had to much solvent. It wouldn't even bond to the chip area.. The damaged area was cleaned and dry. So i know it wasn't anything to do with the surface itself. Even there test card they sent wouldn't even bond to that. Waste of money
