Easy Replacement
Once the first Bemis is installed, it is SO easy to replace when the time comes for a new toilet seat. All of the installation hardware is already in place, so it's only a matter of lifting seat off and putting new seat on. Then just snap covers back in place. The seat does not slam down when lowered because it slowly lowers itself after giving it a little nudge. Cleaning the seat is also a breeze. They also come in either wood or molded plastic, plus round or elongated.

New toilet seat
The toilet set was a little different from the one I had on my toilet, but it worked out great. I measured my toilet opening and the fit was spot on. Just remember it is a aftermarket toilet set so it’s a little thinner than your original.

Great toilet seat.
The product fits and works as described. The only drawback is the flimsy plastic lid can’t be used to step on if you weigh more than 100 pounds.

Great seat and has lasted 5 years. When the slow close broke I replaced it with the same model. I'm pleased with the product and how fast the shipping is.

Mixed review
+'s: Easy to install, does the soft close effectively, is molded, meaning fewer seams to collect nastiness-'s: Seat cover is not strong enough for my 106-pound frame if I sit on it to trim my toenails. It didn't break, but it dents in if I perch on it. Certainly, I'm not the only person who perches on the toilet set lid to apply lotion & such. Considering that I'm a small person and the seat cover does not support me well, I would not recommend this product for anyone larger than me who cannot find alternate seating for bathroom tasks.

Piece of Junk!
Ordered this in late March and as my son was here, I asked him to replace the toilet seat in my bathroom (something had damaged the finish on the lid on the old one). This product is a piece of junk. So terribly made that it is heavily misaligned and beyond use. Of course, now I am unable to return it (the was April 20) so I am out $31.00. The lesson, DON'T assume something as mundane as a round-toilet seat replacement cannot prove wonky.
