Just setting up my kayak and this was needed. Works great.

POOR CONNECTION
AFTER A YEAR OF USE THE CONNECTION TO THE KAYAK AND TO THE NOCQUA BATTERY WILL HAVE BAD CONNECTION CAUSING YOU TO THINK YOU HAVE A BATTERY PROBLEM BUT IS DUE TO POOR CONNECTION . PRODUCT SEEMS LIKE GOOD QUIALITY BUT THE CONNECTION FROM BOOTH SIDE ARE HORRIBILY MADE .WILL NOT RECOMMENDED IT .
