This is a very nice oil of oregano and a great price. Just be careful I took 3 a day and by day 3 my belly was cramping unbelievably. I started to take them to clear a urinary track infection. It definitely worked but boy did my belly hurt. I ended up taking a couple slippery elm capsules to soothe my digestive track and after the second day my belly is back to normal.In a week I'll go back on these but follow the directions and proper dosing. It's a good idea to drink plenty of water as well when taking these.

We buy this brand in two different forms, (1) these gel tabs and (2) bottled with a dropper.ORIGINAL REVIEW:My husband and I have used this brand of oil of oregano for many years. We mainly use the oil out of a dropper under the tongue. But sometimes we take these gel tabs if we have been around someone with a stomach virus or feel we may have eaten something bad, or just an added boost to the under the tongue dose.We call this nature’s flu shot. We can literally feel it working when we use the oil under the tongue. Like if we have a sore throat starting,....we will put a few drops under our tongue a few times and it just kills off whatever was trying to start. We are in our mid 50’s and seem to stay healthier than the younger people at work.
