I am so happy that I was able to get the SIM card. I purchased a new iPhone 16 and I did not realize with the iPhone 16 you can only use a eSIM with it. Customer service was able to convert it into a eSIM for my phone, I was able to use it until I got regular service through another company. It was very easy to set up. The signal quality is excellent. Of course the functionality was extremely excellent since they were able to convert it into a eSIM for me, and I was able to do that through email with customer service. The coverage is excellent. I’m very happy with it. If I need to purchase another one, I will totally go through this company for the simple fact their customer service is at 100%.

We wouldn't recommend buying this sim card. The product offered with the card is of course a service, and the card we received from Amazon when we purchased it in 2021 was from FastSimTravel. It looked different from what's pictured here, but seemed to be equivalent (30 days of wireless with a T-Mobile connection in the USA), so we didn't return it for a refund within the 30-day window. We just figured it would work when needed. Yet FastSimTravel is now unable to "locate" the sale, which is probably because the records indicate we bought a different-looking card back in 2021. They are refusing to activate the card that Amazon actually delivered with this purchase, and of course the 30-day refund window expired many months ago. In short, the product doesn't work.

I'm not sure if I'm the dummy and should have known this before I purchased it, but you need at least 24 hours, after the SIM is delivered to email the seller and get the authorization to activate the SIM. I was in a huge rush and didn't activate it in time and as a result, the SIM was unusable. Also T-Mobile was making me purchase $170 worth of coverage for the prepaid SIM, which was very high. I'm not technologically savvy enough for this, if you are like me, I would suggest getting a burner phone that is already activated and ready to go.

I followed the instructions to let them know the date I wanted it activated, and gave my phone details, then installed it when I was in Mexico over a month period on various cruises. It worked great. It was assigned a New Jersey phone number. I used it for texting and cellular data while in Mexico and it was fast and reliable. Only downside is I had to remove my SIM card and replace it with this one. My USA cellular provider does not offer the ability to use an eSIM, and this plan does not allow you to use an eSIM either, so you have to physically replace the card when switching between this plan and your plan.

It connects to the Telus network - calls and sms worked fine. But data took a lot of configuration on the android phone.* Enable Data Roaming* "T-Mobile US 260 LTE" APN must be selected

Had to call 3 times for activation code!

Tested the card before my trip, everything seemed good. Once I started trying to actually use the card I found someone else was issued the same number. I was getting his calls and texts and he was getting mine. Then I got alerts when I had a text but could not open or read the text. So much for anyone being able to reach me in an emergency. I got this so I could be reached while traveling, it had been a major failure.

Great for our trip to the US. I wish they were available for longer stays, like 45, 60 or 90 days. We tried to refill the first one but it was a nightmare dealing with T-Mobile customer service so we just bought 2 more 30 day cards
