I bought two jugs of this product. As many buyers complained, it arrived crystalized solid, it couldn't be poured out. Now, I know that all honey will crystalize if given time, so here is how I solved this: I placed the jug in a deep pan with a ceramic plate upside down at the bottom to protect the plastic jug, filled the pan with water up to the neck of the jug and put it on an electric hot plate at minimum setting. Allowed it to warm up for an hour or so to where you can almost not touch it (about 170 deg. F) and then let it stand for a couple of hours at around this temperature. The honey then returned to its normal liquid state and pours easily. This process is a bit of a nuisance, but it works. If you want to avoid the trouble, pay more for another brand.I also did the vinegar test and it showed that this honey is un-doctored and pure.

Ever since I first purchased this, the honey was solid and I thought maybe it was just from being in a warehouse in the cold. I was very wrong, as I tried everyday for a week to put it in a bowl of hot water to thaw it out. It would only work long enough for a couple of hours. My house is around 70 degrees, so it was not an issue of being too cold in my house. We decided to throw it away because we could never get it to be honey consistency and two people in my household said it tastes like processed chemicals. I paid 3 dollars more for a better brand and it is not good value for the money unless you want trash. The color is lighter and more solid than the regular honey bought off store shelves. The size is the same size as the jugs of honey sold at Walmart. I would give a zero star review if I could. This was the first and last time that I will ever purchase this brand again. You can tell we tried for 3 weeks to use this and my significant other uses honey in coffee everyday without wasting it and even gave up trying to not waste it.

Tasty

Very disappointed with the 2nd purchase. The first one was liquid and has dark color but the second one I received is Crystallized and cannot be used with my special herb blend.Edit 05/01/25I had to keep it next to the stove while cooking and it started to become liquid so I guess I just have to keep doing it before use. Still does not taste like the first one I purchased

Great price and quality, but a bit messy to pour. BUY THIS PRODUCT!
