The book is very much in details. It includes court cases, scenarios, multiple definitions, constitution and it's articles related to subject.The language used in the book is not that easy, words belonging to Latin, Greek, Italy and other regions are openly used.To let you understand the language used, here is an example "On receipt of the complaint the internal committee or the local committee, as the case may be, shall, where the respondent is an employee, proceed to make enquiry into the complaint in accordance with the provisions of the service rules applicable to the respondent and where no such rules exist, in such manner as may be prescribed"Words, phrases, foreign language etc such as "inter Alia", ultra vires", "epoch-making", "contour", "prima facie", "catena", "Audi alterem partem" are pretty common in this book.The book surely not made for general understanding, it is definitely for PG and above.On the bright side, if you can finish it with good understanding, there will be no topic left that you won't be aware of, in details for sure.I am a commerce graduate and an MBA with TQM as subject. Hope my review will let you make informed decision whether go for it or not.

Good book.. Nice presentation.. Some chapters are not in this book like trade unionism... Like approaches of industrial relation.I'll update comment after complete reading.

THE AUTHOR AS USUAL HAS TAKEN LOT OF PAINS IN WRITING THE BOOK. WORTH READING. GREAT WRITER

The book is good. But it is quite difficult for a beginner to understand. Reading atleast twice required for precise understanding on the topic.
