La publicación no es igual al producto
La notebook es buena, pero no tiene grandes prestaciones. Atención porque viene con la versión Windows S. Aunque se puede hacer el cambio desee la configuración. En la publicación que yo compré, aparecÃa el teclado con luz roja. Eso no es asÃ. El teclado no tiene luz.La baterÃa es muy buena, carga rápido y dura mucho.No es buena en juegos o en edición de música y vÃdeos. Sirve para uso básico de office y navegación.

I would never buy a product like this again nor will I ever trust an AMD dual core in 2020...
I received a defective unit, but the reason I wanted to write the review is because this laptop is not worth anything.The CPU stays at 100% utilization even when there's no programs open. It's a dual core even though the cheapest Android phones even have quad. We're talking 2007 slow.The only reason it even slightly feels like I can do anything is because it has an SSD, Don't let that fool you you can't convert video or do anything really worth anything other than basic webmail and for 10 more dollars and a slightly different laptop you could get an actual computer.

Didn't get the exact computer
The computer I ordered did not come. It was supposed to have some red glow.

Black Screen
The screen just stopped working after two months. I have to connect to a portable screen to use the laptop. Went on Acer website and got no help, just said no warranty. Total waste of money.
