I was looking for a glass Cooktop to add to my recently renovated kitchen. The Whirpool 3 burner got through my checklist. It was easy on pocket, good looking and value for money. Came in an excellent packing.Well, after using it for few months here is what we think. The burners are well spaced and are very easy to maintain. The knobs are also of good quality. Note that the cook top can be placed on top of the counter if you wish. It has got a low profile and looks good. I choose to cut the granite. The auto ignition is battery operated. The only problem I faced was with the auto ignition. But I think that was probably not because of the manufacturing. The guy who fixed the battery, loosened a screw which fits the battery chamber to the stove’s base. So the end result is something like this. The smallest burner auto ignites if I press and turn the knob. The ignition function is not working for other knobs. I got a work around- press the smallest knob and turn the others which you need to lit - it works. I guess I am too lazy to contact customer care to get it fixed. Overall, I like the product and recommend it.

Great product

Using it since a year. One of the worst stove i have used. The flames comes out not only from the burner but also from the sides. Everything service man comes they come they charge around 400 . I have called them atleast 5 times within a year. I had to Change the lighter switch once and battery box within a months of use. There are many better available hob stove. Do not but this.

Product was delivered on the same day and the set up and demo person was professional. Overall have a good experience till date.

The auto ignition have designed fault. Igniter is inside which makes it take 2-3 seconds at full gas to ignite. Which is 7-8 igniter stroke sounds. So using it manually using lighter.
