Extremely finely ground powder, inulin added, but works nicely
Think this is a very pure and very finely ground cashew powder. They have added inulin. This cashew powder does not have any chemicals added to make it "easy to blend" which is good in terms of no chemicals and such. But be aware of that reality when you are evaluating this product. I am using it as a non-dairy substitute for cream, essentially. Have been putting it in coffee. This powder is very lumpy once it is added into the hot coffee. But, hey, we have a frother gizmo, hand-operated, that really does the trick. Once I go at it with the frother, there is emulsification and even some frothing in the coffee cup. Very very little nut powder left on the bottom of the coffee cup. I think this is value for money.

Vegan Baking Level Up
THE BEST use of this product, 100% amazing, is in pancake mix. It adds an amazing crunchy texture and is so sweet and delicious. I've also made vegan instant cocoa mix and vegan instant cappuccino mix, it tastes great but is a little clumpy. In those applications, I've switched to half coconut powder and half cashew. This is worthless for just mixing in coffee as a creamer, it honestly is too clumpy. That's a little disappointing but I'm back ordering more because this is worth the purchase if, like me, you do a lot of vegan baking.

High Glycemic Index Ingredient
4 stars for taste. However, check the Ingredients. Tapioca maltodextrin has a higher glycemic index than table sugar, and can cause a rapid rise in blood sugar levels.

Perfect in my coffee
I put about a tablespoon of cashew powder in my coffee and use a mini immersion blender to mix it in. After sweetening the coffee with allulose, I can now enjoy a smooth, mellow cup of coffee without dairy cream and sugar, and without the weird flavors that other creamers & sweeteners cause. I had no problems with lumpiness and the mild, almost imperceptible flavor of cashews just made the coffee even more delicious.

Clumps, but great for baking
This does not dissolve, has clumps no matter how I try, so not good for cereal (unless you want to put it in a blender). Taste is great, and it's good for baking.

Highly diluted, not organic, inaccurate serving size, no customer service
At first glance - it was a very fine powder and seemed highly water soluble. Eating a spoonful of it right out of the package - it was delicious and unusually sweet but very gummy (sticking to the roof of my mouth like peanut butter) - perhaps because of the inulin. I tested it with cold water and there were too many clumps. I then used a whisk, still too clumpy. I made the second batch with hot water - still found many small clumps. Finally, I put it in a blender with hot water - while it foamed up nicely, there were still these little micro clumps. additionally - unlike the coconut milk powder that this company produces - the serving size is 15 per 1 lb package. I found that however, the serving size was more like 8 per 1 lb package. With the proper amount dissolved in water, I got a cloudy cup of cashew flavored water that wouldn't be suitable as a measurement for any kind of milk-product in recipes. When adding some to coffee and tea, unlike the coconut creamer and laird superfood creamer that I have used - this takes about 4x as many servings, and the flavor is nearly imperceptible. I think there may be a high ratio of inulin in this product, dissolving into the water and being pretty tasteless. I say this because I got one of those small puncturing temple headaches immediately when I ate the powder on its own - which is something that happens when I eat something highly sweetened and my blood sugar quickly spikes. When I was finally able to make a properly strongth batch with no clumps and resembling the thickness of homemade or store bought cashew milk - I drank 2 cups of it and immediately felt nauseaus. This wouldn't be something that would happen with any other kind of milk product, and I am lactose intolerance and even then - my intolerance doesn't kick in that quickly. I contacted the company through amazon and the company website with my concerns, and heard nothing back. Also - upon clicking on the website's third party organic verification links, they were dead - so it was difficult to trace the origin and manufacturing process of these cashews - which, I'm just making a guess here - are highly irridated and processed. The coconut milk powder, conversely - had a usda organic certification seal on it (though even these standards are dubious, and when dealing with international distribution, it gets even more sticky). Although I really liked the other product I purchased from this company - the complete lack of customer support, fishy website and questionable quality of this product will probably mean I am not going to be purchasing from them, anything, ever.

Great for Coffee
I mix this in my coffee. Tastes and mixes great. I used to buy cashew milk for almost $6 at the store. this is a much cheaper way to go and there is no artificial garbage in it, like my store-bought cashew milk, which has only cashews and water.

Tasty product ! I would recommend it.
Let me tell you, it’s delicious! I have been making so many recipes with it. It tastes great, it just needs to be mixed with less milk/water or any other liquid. Mix it throughly till all the powder dissolves , add the the rest of the liquid. Also it’s very creamy. Really enjoyed this product. I would buy it again
