These were a good investment

This is my second purchase. This product does seem to have the desired effect I was going for. Plus they natural and have a high mg content. For me, they do work well.

It is used as a sleep improver as well. That is how, I have tried it in the past.’Now this particular product is a 300 mg capsule made in the US. For a generally widely available product, this is reasonably priced and you get 180 capsules in a bottle . So several months can be passed with just one bottle.if you are into alternate medicine and believe in the medicinal qualities of St.John’s wort , you may give this particular formulation a try. I am happy to give it five stars.

I have been feeling down lately. I thought it was the cold weather season that my mood was down. A friend told me that St. John’s Wort could improve my mood. I ordered the St. John’s Wort hoping that it would improve my mood. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the capsules did not smell. I had previous experience with bad-smelling supplements that I had to discard.I took the St. John’s Wort every day for a few weeks and did not notice my mood had improved. My mood did not get worse, and I did not notice any side effects from taking the St. John’s Wort. However, I noticed that I am active in my running hobby. I am planning to continue taking the St. John’s Wort. I am planning to consult my physician on my next visit with my doctor. Overall, the St. John’s Wort is good value, and the item description was fairly accurate.

This is St. John's wort extract. This herb is well known to help with anxiety, stress, and to be beneficial for both. The pills are medium sized and easy to use and swallow. I had no problem swallowing them with water. The effects are mild but nice.Be careful when using St. John's Wart when going outside. Some people do get a photosynthetic reaction to this product and it will make you itch. I've experienced it before when I would go gardening. So now I make sure to take it at night.Nothing else to report. St. John's wort works pretty well for mild anxiety.

I’ve always been a huge advocate for St. John’s Wart. This supplement is great! I took it and within 30 minutes felt more calm, relaxed and not as anxious. This herb makes a great anti depressant.There is this disclaimer on the bottle but if you are pregnant or rising it can be harmful to take this herb so just be aware and do your research first!

It really helps level his mood and anxiety, and he sleeps much better at night.The ingredients and strength of this supplement is right in line with his previous brand. The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

These are small, easy to swallow capsules,so there is no issues taking them off you are someone that despises hugs pills. It's a 90 supply which comes out to be a great amount for the price these are at.In terms of effectiveness, they seem to be equally effective as the previous brands I have been using. I've had no noticeable worsening of mood at all or any side effects.Overall I have no issues recommending giving this a try if looking for a good St John's Wort product.
