Love my rocket! I have dogs, one of which sheds daily, this vac cleans up all the hair, leaves & bits the hairy dog brings in on her fluffy tail. Would purchase again in a heart beat. Well worth the $$$

Good luck getting a full refund if not working correctly
This vacuums brush roll began to malfunction so often for no reason. I returned it expecting a full refund but now I see this company refuses to issue my full refund, only giving me half of what I paid for it. I packed it as best I could . I placed everything back inside box. I want to know in specifics what exactly was the reason for no full refund. It looks as though if you get a faulty vacuum you only get half the return amount. I'm beyond upset. Never in my days have I been refused full payment for a bad product being returned in the allowed time period. Terrible way to treat customers.
