Tamiya Models Boeing B-52D Stratofortress Model Kit

Very disappointing for a product from Tamiya, not worth the price

A very nice model and detail is just great.Will take my time in bulting it and the painting of the model will be black the same color they used when i worked on them during the vietnam war.

A bit smaller than I had expected but overall things are as they should be. The kit arrived in great shape and in less time than I had anticipated. I have not (at this writing) started the assembly but by looking over the instructions and the parts it should be a fun kit to work on. I did notice there are three "hook loops" to be built into the airframe giving the finished product a means to be hung by a single hook. Quite nice, actually, since most who hang their planes from the ceiling have to figure out what way works best and try several times to get the balance right.Overall, other than the fact I was hoping for a larger frame, this is a great product.Lionheart

A nice model of this important aircraft. Parts fit well and are of high quality. Be advised that a lot of painting is required to make this model look like an operational aircraft.

Quite satisfied. Could have been just a little smaller.
