Good and wonky
There’s different reviews for the same product it appears. Some say no zippers, others no covers, etc.Mine had zippers to access the door and covers for the wheel. Overall it’s sturdy and durable. I recommend it for quality and stability.BUT: even though the directions say the front and back are clearly marked, they are not marked when it’s folded, only unfolded. So, best guess won this time but if you’re on top of the RV unrolling the thing it could be quite a mess to figure out.The ‘tie downs’ are bendable metal you shape and hook the bottom edge of your camper. If you live in a high-wind area this is not going to work. The wind will think the bungee cord and hooks are cute lol. I used them anyway but used my own rope tossed over and wrapped around the tarp to keep the wind from turning the cover into a sail.I believe this will last much better than my old cover but only time will tell. Overall I’m satisfied with the product for quality and price. Will it stay put? It might with my rope and tie-down skills.

Best bang for your buck
I have a Coleman Fleetwood pop up with an AC unit mounted on the top and the storage box on the front. I know a custom canvas maker and although I love his products which are durable and long lasting, to have a custom canvas made would be well over a thousand dollars plus it would be very heavy and bulky. The Camco cover is light in weight, easy to install by myself but would be nice to have a second set of hands, it is very water resistant, also has breathing "ports" that are covered to prevent rain from getting in but allow airflow, has large elastic corners similar to that which would be on a fitted bed sheet but obviously bigger, and has four straps that go under the camper to sinch down the cover. It also comes with a storage bag made of similar material and it looks pretty nice. The front and back are marked "Front" and "Rear" in nice size white lettering so you know when you get started which end goes where. I give it a five for a rating because even if it is not going to be a durable as a custom canvas, at this price if I only get three years out of a cover (which I hope to get more), I can buy ten of them and still pay less than a custom canvas and never have to worry for the next thirty years or more which by that time I might not be camping in this anymore as I will be extremely old. So yes, I recommend this for the features, the light weight and the price for what you are getting.

Very happy
After looking for months through reviews on Amazon and elsewhere, I chose this RV cover. I am very please so far. My RV roof “shouldn’t” be walked on. With the help of my neighbor and daughter we were able to get it on using ladders. It was relatively easy. First we rolled it and spread it out. We got the correct side up. Then we located the front and back labels. We then loosely rolled it back up and lifted it up on the roof. We used a rake handle to lift it over the air conditioner and antenna. Then just draped it down. We bought the 32 foot and my RV is a 30foot. It covered it nicely with room to spare. The cinches on the front and rear made it snug along with the undercarriage straps. The zippers are very convenient to go back in or get under the hood. I love that it has access points and zippers all the way around. The material used seems very durable. We went slow as to not catch it on the gutters. I can not say how it will weather the rain and snow. We will see. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase.

Initial observations
Ordered yesterday, installed today.Like at least two other reviewers here, we found it was not packaged the way the instructions show. This is not a huge problem. We have a 35 ft motor home. With the cover we had before, and I imagine any that will cover it, the person on top of the coach just has to be able to sort out working through a lot of fabric. We started dropping the sides down over the coach when my son found the label marking the rear of the cover. Of course it was over the windshield. So we tugged and pulled and moved it around until we had it on well enough for me to come down off the roof. The top of the cover seems very sturdy and durable. we just put it on today so time will tell. There are two straps across the front and three across the back end of the cover. These straps are connected by plastic buckles through which the straps can be adjusted (tightened). Excellent. The cover seems to be reinforced where straps are attached. When we were pulling the sides into place, my son tugged a little hard on one and it tore the cover. Fortunately, there is a patch kit included with the cover. On our old cover, we called this duct tape! There are seven straps along each side of the cover. They hang down the sides, attached under a flap that runs along the top on each side. There are vent panels under the flap. There was a package included with the cover that had a bungee strap for each of the straps along the sides. The bungees are looped on one end, have a protective cover of fabric over them and a flat metal piece under padding on the other end. You have to bend the metal strip so it will "hook" under the edge of the coach. The looped end of the bungee goes up the side and the strap hanging down is tied through the loop. there is a pretty poor diagram of the "preferred" knot in the instructions. This knot tied us in knots trying to figure it out from that diagram. At the end of the day, the idea is to tie a knot leaving a piece of the strap to pull to release the knot in the spring when the cover comes off. Good idea, but we wondered why they did not use the same buckles they put on the straps on both ends of the cover. This would have made it VERY easy to snug down the sides. We noticed the cover is not as long on the sides as our old cover. So it does not touch the ground. It fits easily under the sides of the storage bins so it can be secured there by the straps along the sides. This is a really good design. And it worked well on the first installation. If the cover survives, and we take a little care removing it, there is no reason to think it will not work as well when we put it on next year and the year after. The side fabric is ventilated as our old cover was. One reviewer mentioned they could almost see through it in bright sunlight. The sun was shining when we put the cover on and I could not imagine how someone could see through it. It is obviously porous for venting, but not transparent. We tore the side so it is not bulletproof. But it seems sturdy enough to hold up to most weather. We lost our old cover in a wind storm with winds gusting to 120 mph. Thankfully we don't get these often. We ordered the cover that fits 34 - 36 ft coaches. It's a little "droopy" in the front, but not a lot. It's a better fit than our old cover. There are several zippers for access to various things. There is one that runs from the flap along the top down to the bottom seam of the cover and it wound up exactly where our side door opens. One reviewer mentioned the zippers did not work for door access. I think that is probably dependent on the coach design. This is not tailor made for a specific coach. It's designed to work with "most" coaches in the 34 - 36 foot range. Our first impression after installing it is that it's better than our old cover, fits well, looks like it will be as durable as we expect and will work well. And the good parts were that Amazon truly did get it here overnight and for at least $100 less than our old cover. One final note - I saw something about the company starting out as a one man show somewhere in North Carolina and it has not grown to several hundred employees making thousands of covers. I thought I was buying an American made product. The label on the cover we received said it was made in the PRC - Peoples Republic of China.

Oops
I returned the RV cover as it was too small to fit my RV. As usual with Amazon purchases, the return process was painless. I was, however, impressed with the quality of the cover.

Pretty Good
Pretty easy to install, I dont really understand all the loose straps and not much in the way of video to e plain them. Love the way it covers the full sides as well as the zipper access has come in handy when we check on it. So far so good. Just removed the cover and not quite so happy with it, quite a few tears mostly on the very top of the cover, I assume wind is part of the issue and there isn't any additional material in the top section to make it wear better. I am trying my warranty and will see what happens with Camco

Not as advertised
Ordered a 37 to 40 foot 5th wheel cover and was sent a 35 foot in a box marked 37 to 40 feet. It came vacuumed sealed and when installing the cover it tore in several places because of the cheap material (made me very unhappy) then when it was rolled out on the 5th wheel roof half installed you find it is the wrong size. it will be next to impossible to return because of the size when it has been released from the vacuum seal. Stay away from this product.

Quality to be determined after it's been on over one winter
Disappointed to unpack and find a strap that was supposed to be attached was actually ripped off the side, in a chunk of fabric, but still tucked into the cover and sealed - so that's how it came from manufacturing. Also, the bag of extra supplies including the elastic sidewall tie downs was torn open; the instruction booklet doesn't specify the types and quantity of each item that should have been included with this package, so we were unable to assess whether or not we had everything we needed to properly put on the cover over the RV. Pretty poor directions for the best installation especially at the front - and the elastic rounded front - well it seems the elastic is already worn out. For this price I should not have to already dealing with a damaged product.

Facile d’installation.
