Good for small projects
I used this for a costume project in which I wanted the look of newspaper without the fragility. This did the trick and then some, BUT I feel in a way that I got lucky. Some observations:It's contact-paper, which means it's plastic. The surface is easily cleanable, and you don't have to worry about moisture affecting it. It does NOT feel grainy like paper. It feels like a smooth plastic. The print is nice and the ink does not rub off. Looks very good up close, i.e. great for shelf lining, book covers, scrapbooking and other small scale surfaces. If placed on a wall, you will lose the fine detail of the imagery and it will just look like indistict black and white scribbles.Great amount of product for small projects and good price. If you were to do a large project, however, note that one roll will only cover one complete column of a normal floor-to-ceiling application, so purchase accordingly. The adhesive is great. Strong enough to stay put, but peels away easily if you need to make adjustments.

Nice shelf paper
Got this to line dresser drawers. It's durable, the print is lovely. The only difficulty was getting the backing to peel off. Otherwise it was great. Good adhesion, easy to cut, grid on the back to keep the cutting even. It was my first time using this type of product and I was pleased with how easy it was to cut and apply.

A little pricey
Good quality and not hard to use

Very good for light duty use
I used this to cover some trade paperbacks, and it worked great. The material sticks fine and was not difficult to place onto the book covers. I even lifted the material off of my books to re-set how it was adhering... Not a problem.Yes, the material is thin. For a book cover, that's okay. I don't need ultra thick plastic to cover a book. It's probably not good for a surface that will see a lot of wear and tear. For lighter use? The design looks great and it has the right amount of stickiness for my needs.

Loved these drawer liners as a simple neutral for sock and lingerie drawers
It's written in French and the stories are kinda fairy-tale based, not real news. Did a great job covering the bare wood in an old dresser, added a whimsical understated touch. it looks nice peeking out between lingerie, not too distracting OR too boring/fussy. Easy to work with and seems like it will hold up!

Too fragile for anything but drawer liners.
I bought two rolls, and really liked the off-white beige or yellow color. The print is also great. I used the product on closet walls that had been previously wall-papered with a similar print, but had several holes. This paper covered the missing spots well. There was one serious problem: the first roll I used was easy to handle and re-position, but the second roll ripped to shreds when I tried to remove the backing paper, wrinkled terribly, and stuck to itself instead of the wall.Based on my experience and other reviews, it seems there can be serious differences in quality between individual rolls.Because the print is horizontal, and since the product is thin and fragile, it is not a good choice for anything but lining dresser drawers or the interior back of a cabinet or bookshelf. It would not hold up on kitchen shelves and drawers that are in constant use. Using it as a wallpaper (except for the very limited area I used it for) would be difficult.

Cute, but has a sticking problem.
I bought this to line a bathroom cabinet that I refurbished. Looks so adorable but then it started to peal off. I tried to restick to no avail....so I used some spray adheasive. That did the trick, still super cute!

Lovely wallpaper!
I love the French newspaper motif. I am using this peel-and-stick paper inside my kitchen cabinets that have glass doors. The price was also reasonable.
