Brilliant for crafts
Ok so I brought these to try. I craft with cement but sometimes I have cracking issues. Just a sprinkle of this in the mix and the build is solid. You end up with hair like fibres hanging out of your design when you are finished and I have found that cutting them isn’t enough so if you get a lighter to them they disappear. With quick set cement these fibres also allow you a little more manoeuvre time as it’s drying

Good quality fibres
Used these to add to chimney pot flaunching to give better strength, reduce sagging and potential for cracking. Worked well with the high sharp sand quantity and SBR additive - just make sure they are mixed well into the dry mix, and dont try add them on a windy day!

Yes, they work. Yes, they are in a handy bag. Yes, they are really expensive. There are many other places to get cheaper products. You just need to phone them... (£15 per kilo is what I got from my local lime supplier...)

Cost effective!
Just added one handful to a 3:1 mix for render and did the job. Picked them apart slightly with my hands before adding. Not visible when concrete hardens.
