APP DOESN’T WORK + NO OPTION FOR CLOUD STORAGE
DO NOT PURCHASE!!! - SPEND THE MONEY ON A QUALITY CAMERA SYSTEM. !!!APP DOES NOT WORK !!!These cameras (4) took 5-6 hours to install, as I had to run 60ft of wire through my building for each camera. Worked okay for about 1 week. Now i can not use the app at all. The app will not load ANY of my cameras 95% of the time, and the other 5% only one camera loads. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting the DVR, unplugging cameras, NOTHING WORKS. Hours of my time wasted as now I’ll have to pull them all out and reinstall new, quality cameras.Also, this ad misleads you, implying that there is some kind of subscription based “cloud” service. This is false, there are no options to have cloud storage, essentially making this non-hard drive DVR worthless.Never have been more disappointed by an Amazon product. Spend the extra money on the quality cameras so you don’t end up wasting 18 hours of your time.

Not everything worked
I was happy this product came in, but I was unhappy when I hooked up everything thing, one camera wasn’t working and not to mention I had a bad cable, so I had to end up going back in the attic take a wire and camera from the back of the house and move to the front, then had to order a single camera and 4 pack of wire in case another goes out 🤦♂️
