Used outside for decking step, went on easy time will tell if it lasts

Product looks great, easy to apply etc. However it has not lasted even 3 days before peeling off.

Perfect for outside concrete step/stairs
Everyone seems to trip over this outside step. This attached to the concrete step and stairs going into our store. Perfect caution tape. Has a nice grit to prevent slippage too.
