I was tired of paying the ridiculously high price for Suave Clinical Strength deodorant and read that the active ingredient (aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex GLY) in Degree Dry Protection is supposed to be the latest and greatest.I ordered the Sheer Powder scent for $26.82.Although it could be worded more clearly by Amazon, I was supposed to receive SIX 5.2 oz twin packs (of two 2.6 oz deodorants) and I only received ONE 5.2 oz twin pack. So, I’m missing TEN deodorants (five twin packs)!Each deodorant is 2.6 oz so each twin pack of two = 5.2 oz5.2 oz x 6 two packs = 31.2 oz$26.82 divided by 31.2 oz = .86 cents/oz, which was the price advertisedI contacted Amazon customer service via chat and they refunded my order but I would have preferred that they send me the 10 missing deodorants!Customer service advised that I not re-order “because the same thing might happen again”….On my first order, there was a promo for 10% off +$5 dollars off so if I want to risk a re-order, it will cost almost $8 more now! Unfortunately, I’m probably headed to Walmart the next time I need deodorant... :(
