Will work but takes a little modification
I am running them on my truck right now however they take a little modification they are a little bigger in size than the factory holes on your truck so it takes a little bending with some pliers

my grille is fitting solid to my truck again
I needed less than I thought but with your grill loose from the front of your truck, you want the right parts to make it fit tight. I am glad I had what I needed when I needed it.

Not what is pictured.
If you look closely the picture of the single clip and the picture of the multiple clips are different. I was in need of what is in the single clip picture. This is not that. I wanted it for a 04 2500hd. What i got will not work. I understand whoever put the pictures on probably did not notice but that it not my fault and it's ignorant and unacceptable. The listing is inaccurate. Do not get unless what you see in the pictures with multiple clips matches what you need.
