Organization Development: Principles, Processes, Performance (The Berrett-Koehler Organizational Performance Series)

The book is quite informative. It is basically a step-by-step guide to becoming an OD consultant and does a good job at covering those aspects. What it is not, is a training manual to teach one how to properly complete an intervention. Despite that, it is still a good introductory book to the field of OD and consultancy guide.

Great shipping and the book is in almost perfect condition. The cover is the only thing that is a little less than perfect. Nothing that I can't handle though. Cheaper than my school's bookstore version, yet still kind of pricey. Otherwise a great book. Interested to read it!

It is a good tool for students learning about the Business arena and the Change process for organizations.The book may loose some readers interest in spending time on outdated methods and theories.However, it is a good tool for any student; particularly those who need to review concepts related to continuousimprovement and process improvement.

This simple book introduces the profession of organization development. It is written so clearly that a relative novice could probably read it and set up shop as an organizational development consultant (or at least know how to hire a good one). Gary N. McLean explains everything and does not unnecessarily complicate straightforward steps. In fact, some steps may be more complex than he makes them seem - although he does caution companies that organizational development may require outside expertise. getAbstract finds that his book will be most useful to those considering working in organizational-development consulting, or to managers who are new to the field.

Purchased this for my MBA class. Well written book.

Had to purchase for a class, didnt enjoy the class a whole lot, but I got an A. So the book did its job for me and arrived as expected and early from the seller.
