I saw the price of these and thought “flipping hek....how much”! So i was then battling against the excellent and consistently high reviews against the very costly price tag for these. I too have just started the keto diet after watching the new Michael Mosley series Lose A Stone in 21 days after we’d all come out of lockdown, and having bigger love handles than we’d had before this event. I needed to diet, but also knew i wouldn’t stick to it if i felt i had to sacrifice lovely naughty things that a love completely. This keto diet would have to be a lifestyle change so something I could stick to. I searched keto snacks and treats on amazon and these came up. My philosophy is normally “you get what you pay for’ so i did buy these, although pricey, and I’m so glad i did. The reviews were right. They’re absolutely delicious. No nasty artificial sweetener taste at all, but not sickly sweet. No compromising on taste, flavour or consistency either. Just totally delicious healthy sweet snack to curb those sweet tooth cravings. They were a lovely chewy consistency and packed full of flavour. I love coconut, and that taste came through strongly in these bars. They looked and tasted amazing and keto friendly too. They were a good standard size bar for a cereal bar and I’d always buy them in a box of 16 as its works out to be more cost effective. They also came well packaged in an unopened box wrapped in a cling wrap with a very long 14 month best before date on them (they’re not going to last anywhere near that length of time mind you). I’m in heaven. A sweet delicious but healthy treat. No sacrificing for me now. D E L I C I O U S. It’s an 8/10 from me. They loose 2 marks from me for the very hefty price tag of £21.16 for 16 bars (they work out even dearer when buying for £1.95 EACH in Holland & Barrett though!!

I bought these to support my keto diet. I was looking for a product that helped me meet my macros, and had a recognisable ingredient list. These bars taste great considering how little sugar is in it. Plenty of good nuts to help me meet my fat goals. Ingredients were immediately recognisable when you bite into the bar, I.e. not ground to dust. The best snack bar option I have found for keto. I just wish they were a bit cheaper.

I’ve just started Keto and these are lovely. You can tell by taste they haven’t got any nasties in, v low sugar and the right texture. Very nice indeed, I’ll reorder plus try the others.

Loaded with flaked almonds, seeds etc. A tasty and satisfying treat for those peckish moments.

Love love love these, but I buy cos healthier bar then eat 4, just wow 👌

fairly satisfying. A bit empty of flavour but plenty of whole foods in there. Not a terrible snack, but i have had better.Good buy for ocasional snackers though.

These are great tasting. But very expensive for what they are. These can easily be made at home for the fraction of the price. Won’t buy again
