Great replacement for Wahl Senior or Kemei Clippers
I recently purchased Kemei 1984 cordless clippers. I bought the set of 2 4 hole ceramic cutter blades. It took about 6 minutes to take the original steel cutter blade off and to replace it with the ceramic cutter blade. This includes zero-gapping the new blade. I screwed the new blade in, placed clipper oil on the blades and turned the clippers on and checked the gap. I then tried the new setup on hair using a 1/2, 1/16 and no guard for efficiency. The blade runs cooler than steel, but because it is harder than steel, it is also more brittle. You must protect your blades with a cover or guard whenever you store your clippers. Also, ordinary honing stones will not sharpen ceramic, so my recommendation is to have an extra blade handy in case of breakage or dulling.I recommend ceramic blades for day-long cutting, as they are sharper and cooler.

Great Blade but Missing one
I bought this last month and only opened it to use it today. Unfortunately, there was only one blade inside the pack, not two. That being said, it made grooming my two dogs a breeze! The ceramic blade was sharp and worked fantastic. The fit was a little off but I was able to get it to attach and it worked fine. I just wish I had gotten two blades instead of one in the pack.

Great seller.
First off, the Item arrived very quickly even for a holiday month and it came well secure, nothing to have my concerns so theres 5 stars for shipping! 😎 As far as testing the product, I've observed and noticed that not only are these ceramic blades; built tougher but they truly stay cool after a long period of time, there very sharp hitters (if you adjust them right on the money) and lastly, for some reason when I mounted the ceramic blade to my liking and turned the clipper on, the motion from left to right of the cutting blade was just 5x faster so it was chopping hair like a hot knife through butter!! Overall a great experience and a nice investment. If you still don't belive me, order yourself a package and you won't be let down. this supplier is on there game. 👌

Cutter blades
Great fit, had to adjust trimmers slightly, but work great and require less lube

Amazing how much better these are than my metal one!!!
I don’t think I can ever go back to metal after trying this ceramic one. It makes my clippers feel better than new. Cuts like a dream and doesn’t pull the hair at all! I used on my Wahl magic cordless clipper.

Blades don't fit the Lithium Ion 79608; Avoid
Allow me to quote the product description for these ceramic blades: "Fits all Wahl Corded and Cordless Clippers Including..." then it goes on to list a number of models. Well, that doesn't seem to include my Lithium Ion Cordless Clipper model 79608, which is one of the big sellers. The plastic part that makes the smaller blade move back and forth is called the cam follower, which inserts into the blade from below. However, the cam follower has a slight bevel to the edge, which keeps it from going all the way into these ceramic blades (see my pics.)So I'm faced with a choice: Send these blades back, and keep my fingers crossed that another generic brand will fit my 79068 (a detail that somehow doesn't seem important to these manufacturers), or take an X-ACTO or dremel to my cam follower, which would work but might render it useless for the old metal blade because of the slop. Or...I could hope that the two-pack of Vrmeta DIY cam followers I just ordered fit, and that I can modify them without worrying. A question: Does Wahl make it impossible to find the correct cam follower and parts on purpose? Planned obsolescence stinks; why doesn't Wahl have a parts link or page? It would create more brand loyalty, not less. Sigh. Buying a replacement part shouldn't mean having to buy another one as well.Anyway, the ceramic blades do seem sharp and appear to be of good quality, and it's possible they'll fit your clipper if it's listed. However, I'm giving it the bum's rush on my rubric, a One-Star in the DESIGN category because because I can't use it. If you can without modifications and it works well for you, balance my low grade with a high one, by all means. My overall rating stands, though. Grrr.-Z

Blade Upgrade for Wahl Color Pro Clipper
The media could not be loaded. Someone asked if it could be used with the WAHL Color Pro and Hugo answered he thought so. I bought a set and it was not a drop in but the short answer is it does work. I had to modify the plastic driver to taper the tips to fit the sharper points of the Ceramic blade opening. On initial assembly it was super noisy and could not be tuned with the side screw alone. I had to adjust the blade tension and tune the armature inside the body. Never work on it when plugged in and do not take this on unless you are familiar with tuning a magnetic motor clipper or are willing to take a shot even if it sends you Wahl Color Pro to the landfill.

I made it to work but I better use the Wahl original blade
I like ceramic products. I am wearing a ceramic wedding ring (beautiful blue and won't scratch), using ceramic bottom bracket in my road bike and ceramic knifes...Now, I came across these ceramic blades, so I have to give it a try. I have an old Wahl MC (cheap) clipper (supper quiet after 15 years "break-in") and a brand new Wahl 5* Magic Clip (a little louder and need some break-in). I put the ceramic blade in the old quiet clipper (it fit perfectly) and a loud vibration noise generated no matter how I tried to reposition it. After some observation, I realized that the old clipper's blades, after so many year running, they worn down to match each other perfectly (that why the clipper is so quiet). To test the matching theory, I put the ceramic blade on the new Clipper with newly perfect cut blades. The new clipper just sounded a bit louder if listen carefully.About the test cut, it did well cutting but the cutting noise was louder and different. I think this is the result of using lighter material for the cutting blade that produces different vibrating frequency (higher). The ceramic blade performance was not what I expected but I decided to keep it to see how long it will last. Hopefully it will not destroy the other blade in the long run.
