New ride comfort
Since I needed to replace the front struts on my GMC Acadia at 75000 miles, I changes the rear shocks too. Major improved difference in the ride.

These shocks made a big improvement in the ride quality for my Traverse. Much more stability than the OEMs were providing. They fit perfectly. The project took about two hours to complete. The original equipment shocks had about 40,000 miles which is much less than the mileage I am used to getting from shocks, I hope these last longer. So far they are well worth the investment.

The first set of shocks that I received for my car had a defect in them and both seals went out within a month. Ordered a new sethat and got those and haven't had a problem with the new set. Just waiting on the return.

Don't Waste Your Money - Shocks Don't Work and Car Now Bounces on Bumps!
Put these on my GMC Acadia to replace worn out shocks. These shocks don't dampen at all ... every time I go over a bump, the back of the bounces several times. They do not do what they are supposed to do. I wish I installed them right away, as now I am past the 30-day return period and ended up wasting money on these worthless shocks.Update: Amazon customer service was great and allowed me to return the Monroe shocks. I installed KYB Excel-G (P/N: 349125) and they work great! Tested them on the same road and the bouncing is gone .... car felt like new again!
