Easy to install, with a little help from my son, both of us are very mechanical by nature. Hardest part by far was to remove the rear axle c clip and axels the brakes themselves were easy to install. I mounted the brakes on top instead of below and ran the brake cables over the leaf springs instead of below. Everything fit much better like that I still need to adjust a little bit tighter thou. They stop much smother and with more confidence than with the old worn out brakes.

These things work great!! But.......the replacement pads are ridiculous expensive. $100- $150 for pads my F-250 pads aren't even that high. I can put an entire set of the original shoe style on with new mechanism and backing plates for that. Should have looked about replacements before buying these.

Ecellent product, replaced drum brakes on old club car and now I actually have brakes. The old drum brakes were almost useless , it was a little scary to drive the cart. Installed this kit and now there is no doubt about stopping. Now I am ready to install the speed upgrades I have been looking at. The instructions were thorough and with minimal tools I was able to install in a couple hours. Definitely worth the money. Hooked up to the standard brake cables even though cart is lifted with 12 inch wheels.

Easy to install made a big difference in stopping power.
