Best Brush In This Price Range
I was so pleased with this brush that I bought another one. I've tried a cheap 100% badger brush for $18 and it sucked and never got soft enough. I've tried Dr Squatches $28 synthetic brush and that one is only good for painting it on, it doesn't work at all with squishing the bristles flat to your face and building a lather. This one is both soft and great for lather building and after the 2 week break in it performs pretty incredible. I use this with Taylor of Old Bond Street creams and soaps and in a metal or marble lather bowl, works with both. I doubt I could tell too much of a difference between this and a $140 brush. I would rather use this one because its plenty good, that's why I bought another one. Need a budget brush? This is itAlso, I will post any problems if they arise. As of this post the brush has been going strong since October '19Still going strong on the same first brush- July 2020 and have reached maximum softness to where I dont feel a single poke*Update #2 - March 2021Still on the same brush even though I bought another backup. Love it still. I've moved to another place that has really hot water that steams a lot. This has made the brush even softer yet like a cloud brushing against my face. I can barely feel the bristles and its simply glorious. But make sure not to get the hot water too close to the handle, I've heard that it can ruin the glue and the bristles will fall out. I have not had that problem yet and will post if a problem arises. I have a feeling I won't be using the next brush until I feel its not sanitary. This brush is a workhorse. You will NOT regret buying it.

This is a small, perfect sized, soft brush
This brush is well designed and absolutely a great buy. It lathers up the soap as it lifts up your facial hair. A great performer.

Little heavy but effective
Little heavy but good for putting shaving gel evenly on face.

Firm stiff bristles
I bought this brush to replace my Art of Shaving brush. I had some doubts, but it is wonderful. One of the things I really like it the weight of the brush. It is much heavier than I expected but I like that. It feels like you are holding something of substance. The bristles seem well attached and are nice and firm creating a great lather.

A great silvertip badger brush.
I was looking around for a reasonably priced silvertip badger brush and cane across this. I am so glad I purchased this. The quality is amazing. The bristles are very soft yet firm. It easily whips up a lather and feels great on my face.

Great Value for Money
At about half the price of my last silvertip, this brush has all of the virtues of the more expensive brush without any shedding of bristles. The costly brush shed like crazy for the first month or so, then stopped shedding for about a year and a half, and then began to shed again to the point where the brush could no longer be used. This new brush has not shed a single bristle over the past week of daily use. We shall see what happens in a year or more. But at this price it will be good value if it lasts that long. In other respects this brush has all of the functionality, appearance and heft of a quality product. One word of caution: the handle is just a bit too large to fit in my Perfecto brush and razor stand. But it easily fits in the wider Charmman stand. Since it is important to dry the brush upside down, you will want to have either the Charmman or another wide stand if you are to purchase this brush.

Good for Price
It smelled at first but went away with use. The bristles to be honest were not as soft as I thought being a silver tip. I have a simpsons best badger smaller size brush that is much softer but about 50 dollars more. Its a good brush for the price

Great Brush still after five years!
I've had this brush for over 5 years and very happy with it. Would buy it again except the one I have now is still going strong.
