Heavy Duty Boat Bottom Cleaner - Remove Tough Deposits, Scum Lines & Rust Stains Quickly & Easily from Boat Hull - Safe for Fiberglass, Wood, Iron & Painted Surface

This stuff is amazing. I never thought my 25-year old boat would look this good again. My boat sits in the water for 4 months out of the year and always had dark water stains that would not come off using other cleaners and lots of scrubbing and power washing. After a quick spray with this stuff and rinse with a pressure washer, the hull looked brand new. A few spots needed a second spray but came right off. I only used about half a bottle for my 18ft boat. I used skin protection and wore a mask to protect myself from the chemicals and it worked pretty well. Highly recommended!

The boat hull was covered in a thick deposits that would not come off with a high pressure wash. StarBrite sprayed on, foamed, and cut the green slime and mineral build up. It took several applications and a little brushing to get off the worst of it. At under $25, it’s a great deal and worked very well. (It’ll take two bottles for our 20’ boat.)*I tried another, stronger/more expensive product that did not clean as well.It does smell. Wear an N95 in a well ventilated area, and it’s okay.

Best thing I've found so far for removing scale from aluminum pontoons. The aluminum brightener will touch the scale, but it takes lots and lots of passes to really make a dent. The scale laughed when I tried CLR. This stuff bubbles up around the scale and pushes it right off the aluminum. I used a whole bottle for a single pass on my toons. It doesn't go far, but it does the job.I bought a used boat that was sorely neglected. It had oodles of scale and build up on the toons. Wish I had started with this, then moved onto the brightener, instead of the other way around. Both are miracle chems.

First: it works.Second: where a damn mask and hazmat suit! Ok - maybe not a hazmat suit - but be extremely cautious and wear old clothes and protective gloves. It’s acid and will eat the scum off your boat and anything else it comes in contact with! Good product - effortless cleaning - but it doesNeed to be used with protective gear and specific cleaning devices / disposal common sense.

Just bought an aluminum fishing boat that was terribly stained on the sides and bottom. It’s a white boat and had sat in nasty water for a long time and had dark coffee colored stain that wouldn’t come off with scrubbing and soap. I bought this stuff, sprayed it on and it immediately started melting away the staining. I didn’t even have to scrub!!! It was almost like some kind of magic! That being said, wear protection on your hands and wear a respirator style mask. It’s a very potent smell and will mess with your lungs if breathed in! I made this mistake and then masked up.

I left my 24 ft fiberglass boat in the water for about 40 days late in the summer. The water was turning green in the bay before I was able to get it out. The white hull was a mess. I was finally able to get to cleaning it 3 months later. I sprayed this hull cleaner on..and simply used a hose to rinse it off. Amazing. It's like it melted the sludge and discoloration like magic. Be careful of the fumes however. And if you do use this item on concrete water the floor first. It will make what drips off your hull wash off the concrete easier without leaving marks.

Excellent results on fresh water-stained Bravo 3 props with minimal scrubbing. Upon contact this product began to foam up and create a bit of a gas effect. I have sensitive lungs, so I wore a 3M respirator with the proper cartridges even though I was outdoors. I would recommend full coverage eye protection and certainly heavy-duty gloves past your wrist.I used just over a pint to clean (4) medium stained props. I allowed to the product soak according to directions and lightly scrubbed with the Marine Scuff Pads sold on Amazon. I reapplied as necessary for the heavier stained areas, and it removed it all by the 2nd application with a little scrubbing. Follow the directions and let the product do most of the work.

I opened the box and it was leaking everywhere in box and it is corrosive cleaner for boat hull . I can’t use it because there’s only half a bottle left after leaking.
