The printer itself is great but if you have problem with printing good stencil it’s about paper. Make sure to buy good quality professional transfer paper (ie ReproFX) and you’ll get no problem. I wish I discovered it sooner myself

This machine is fairly simple to use and to clean. I had a bit of trouble with it after a few months and the company was very quick to react. They sent me videos on how to troubleshoot and since it has a 1 year warranty, they replaced it. Great customer service and will buy from this brand again.

These work once or twice then jam. When it worked it was fantatsic for my hand drawn tattoo designs . A4 paper slides through and a great copy made however it started to scrunch up and ruin the paper ‘ jam. Ordered a 2nd one thinking it was a fluke but the second one had a loose connection on the charger so kept stopping. Then that also started scrunching up, HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A REASONABLY PRICED STENCIL MACHINE IN 2022??? Seriously annoying. There is so little choice for tattooists with stencil copiers the next ones on the market are hundreds of pounds more, c’mon. Fix this guys because when it worked it was brilliant.

The media could not be loaded. After a few fails, tries, and tests I can fairly say it's a really good machine, but let's start from the beginning.The order arrived 1 day earlier than expected - this is a VERY positive way to start. It was packed safely, and it came out with no signs of usage or similar. Connected - printed and everything went really good with a clear and deep stencil.After a few prints I started struggling with the paper - the machine tends to crinkle (or stuck) the paper ruining the stencil when it comes to larger/more complex designs. Avoid it by simplificating your art to only lines with no large shadow areas. I noticed the opacity has a role too but I need to investigate it a little bit more the complex stuff playing with saturation and will see what happens when there are shadows&full black areas, but the opacity is low.Crucial in my experience was the patient and professional help of the customer care department. The lady made everything she could to help me solve my problem and assisted me with my tests all the way long. It feels really good to not be left alone.In an overall review, I give it 4 out of 5 stars (Costumer care is more than 10 out of 5!). It's a really good machine, simple to use but it has its limits. You can print only small to middle-large designs with simple thin lines. It needs few minutes cool-down between each print. The quality of stencil is really clear and deep so it will allow you long hours of work without fear to cancel the stencil from the skin.Like I said before, I will make a few more tests to check how it will act with low saturated complex designs. But I think everything comes down to the print preparation. You need to invest some time to understand what works

Its so much better, clear transfer and easy to use once you get the hang of it. No more sketching in the design by tracing hard onto transfer paper for my own tattoos. Makes it so much faster and easier/cleaner.

Excellent quality, decent price does what it's supposed to do. Would recommend.
