Honda Ridgeline 2017-On Aluminum Ladder Rack System (Black)

I just got my rack. I like the construction. I almost took off a star for the instructions. They were a little hard to follow and included the wrong size for the required Allen wrench. In the end, I figured out a few things by laying out parts next to each other to figure out what was what. The assembly process itself was not difficult, just a few parts of the instructions were confusing. If I had known that before I would have videoed the process, knowing what I know,​ it would not have taken nearly as long.I got the rack to load kayaks on my truck. I am looking forward to using it.UPDATE: I am still using my rack and it is holding up. I intended to use it for transporting kayaks. If you have the same purpose note that these are much larger than other companies' truck racks and may make fitting kayak cradles fit. Some options that I would have liked did not fit.

I like this rack. It is only for the newer 2017 or newer Honda Ridgeline so far. I even made a video on Youtube for installation with my son if you need help or tips. If you follow the directions, make sure and go by the sizes and not the pictures. They were off when assembling the uprights. I will use it for light lumber hauls and house projects mainly. I may still add a roof rack to extend the hauling support. And, I believe I can still install a tonneau cover inside it, which is coming next.
